We worked closely with the client Todd for a period of time to ensure this new space was going to be a PERFECT.
The space was originally started with the intentions of the original home owners to be an open pool house. Todd saw the potential of renovating the space and making it an ideal granny flat for the home, which can also be used as a pool house in the warmer months.
The transformation speaks for itself with a large lounge space including a small Kitchenette. The new area also includes a Shower and Toilet as well as wardrobe space should anyone wish to stay a little longer.
It looks AMAZING.
